Beaches
Dungaree, Officer's and Miracle Beaches are open
daily from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. All Hands Beach is
open from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m.
Blue Mountain Cafè
Blue Mountatin serves delectable Spanish and Filipino
specialties. It is open frpm 11 a.m. to 10 p.m.
from Monday to Thursday and from 8 a.m. to 10
p.m. from Friday to Sunday.
Blue Mountatin delivers food to your unit for
a minimum purchase of P200. Please call 252-1403
for orders or reservations.
Cable Television
All our televisions have cable channels. Please
see the channel listing posted on your television
set.
Car Pass
For your added security and convenience, we shall
provide you with a car pass to the Binictican
housing area together with your house keys. Please
place the car pass on your dashboard so that it
will be visible to the Secuity officers manning
the entry and exit points of the housing area.
Caretakers
Out of respect for your privacy, caretakers will
not enter your unit unless you request them to.
Please inform the front desk if you wish for daily
cleaning services. During their hours of duty
(8 a.m. to 5p.m.) caretakers are not permitted
to do household chores aside from their regular
task of cleaning the units.
Car washing / Jet Ski — washing
Please refrain from washing your vehicles and
Jet-skis on Subic Homes premises, otherwise, charges
for additional water consumption may apply. The
front desk will be happy to refer you to the nearest
car wash.
Check-in / Check-out Time and Policies
Check-in time is at 2 p.m.
Check-out time is at 12:00 noon. Please make arrangements
with the front desk at least one day prior to
your departure if you need to check out later
than noon. Please note that additional charges
may apply.
One hour before check-out, the caretaker willl
conduct an inventory check of all the items provided
in the unit when you checked-in, as well as any
other items you requested during your stay. Any
missing items will be charged to your account.
If you want to bring the items home as a souvenir,
please contact the front desk.
Conference and Seminar Facilities
We provide in-house conference facilities for
groups of 10-30 persons. For larger groups, we
can gladly make arrangements for larger conference
facilities in Subic Bay.
We have the following equipment for your use:
• whiteboards and markers
• flip charts
• overhead projector

Subic Homes gladly accepts all major credit cards
(VISA, Mastercard, BPI, RCBC, and Diners Club).
Emergency
In case of an emergency, please call "911" or
the front desk for immediate assistance.
Exercise Room
There is an exercise room located in 57-A Lanzones
St., beside the Rental Office. It is open from
8 a.m. to 10 p.m.
Fax Machine
Fax service is available at the front office.
Please call the front desk for rates for outgoing
faxes. There is no charge for guests receiving
faxes at the hotel.
Fire Emergency
Please take time to familiarize yourself with
the fire exit guides posted in the unit. In case
of fire, call "911".
